Absolutely ridiculous. Clerk picked up the phone placed me on hold and then came back on the line and said they are closed. Are you serious?!?! I wish you could give "zero" stars just like the clerk who answered gave "zero" customer service. Why would she answer the phone of they are closed!????! Who does that?!?
